  • This was my first home buying experience. Looking back there were a lot of steps involved from the initial offer to close of escrow. It was invaluable to have Raffi on my team, available to guide me though each step and offer his expertise. Additionally, he has a large network of excellent inspectors, appraisers, escrow companies etc to refer to if I needed it. It would have been impossible for me to undertake this task without Raffi.   • When the time came for us to sell our home we interviewed several agents including Raffi. When Raffi came to the interview he was very confident and knew exactly what his game plan would be and just made us feel very relaxed and took away any anxiety we were feeling coming into this process. The next day we sat down with my family and decided that Raffi was the most qualified, we called him, and told him we were ready to move forward. Raffi did not waste any time, he sent his contractor the following day to start prepping the house. A few days after the professional photographer came in for the pictures and within 3 days our home was listed. Raffi was responsive to our needs and questions throughout the process and would get back to e-mails and texts in what seemed to be seconds. He was aware of the stress we were under and was always willing and able to lend a hand and, at times, just be there to reassure us.
